NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

No. 37/A/2024

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 37/A/2024», regarding:

Supply of spare parts (PDR) divided into two (02) batches.

Batch 01: 04 Compressors with a capacity of 07 bars Atlas Copco

Batch 02: (01) Compressor of 25 bars Atlas Copco

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers, and no later than April, 03^rd 2025, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and payment voucher of an nonrefundable sum of 25.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and €250 for tenderers under foreign law by transfer to the bank account BEA Agence Hydra 005 Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical offers with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI Spa, 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers

On April, 06^th 2025 at 10:30 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of :

Three Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (300,000.00 DZD) by batch

Established for the benefit of SARPI which validity period is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Twenty (120) days, with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

For foreign tenderers, the amount of the submission is :

Three Thousand Euros (3,000.00 Euros) by batch

The offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

SARPI Spa, 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers

On April, 07^th 2025, at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
