NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER N°08/RTC/MNT/2020
The national company SONATRACH, Transport Activity by Pipeline, Exploitation Division, Regional Direction of Béjaïa, issues a national and international open invitation to tender N°08/RTC/MNT/2020 to supply, in separated batches, of instrumentation, regulation, DCS and actuators spare parts.

- Batch N° 01: Spare parts for F&G, ESD/ SP2, SP3, SBM
- Batch N° 02: Spare parts for fire system / SP2, SP3, TMB
- Batch N° 03: Spare parts for fire detection and extinguishing system
- Batch N° 04: Spare parts for valves heads / TMB, SBM, SP3
- Batch N° 05: Spare parts for valves heads / SC3, TMB
- Batch N° 06: Spare parts for DCS /SBM, SC3
- Batch N° 07: Spare parts for system ESD, F&G/ SP1BIS
- Batch N° 08: Spare parts for system F&G / SC3
- Batch N° 09: Spare parts for process
- Batch N° 10: Spare parts for DCS / TMB

The bidders may tender for one or many batches.

The bidders who are interested by the present notice may withdraw the specifications at one of the following addresses, within a period of sixty (60) days from its publication in the BAOSEM, (from 09/06/2020 to 09/08/2020), on presentation of a copy of Trade Register and the receipt of the transfer of a non repayable sum of five thousands Algerian dinars (5 000DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency, in SONATRACH bank account N° 002 000 410 412 200 009/95, opened at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency n° 41, located in Boulevard KRIM Belkacem, Béjaïa.

Withdrawal by electronic means is preferred because of the situation linked to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 09/08/2020, at 16:00 am.
The bidding mode applicable to the present invitation to tender is of one step.
The submissions must transmit the Technical Offers without any indication of price and the Financial Offers simultaneously in two separate folds and contained in the same fold, at the guard post of the headquarters of the Region (Béjaïa) accompanied by a letter of commitment. signed by them with a view, if they wish, to participate in the Technical Bids opening session which will take place on 11/08/2020 at 10:00 am, by videoconference, the solution of which is implemented via the collaborative communication application "Microsoft Teams".

For this purpose, submissions must be communicated to the e-mail addresses of their Microsoft accounts.

The folds must include, in addition to the tenderer's contact details, the following information:

The Technical Offers are accompanied by a bank tender guarantee, the period of validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the technical offers (one hundred and eighty days -180), accompanied by an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days, an amount required for each batch :
- Lot n°01: Two million four hundred thousand Algerian dinars (2 400 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency
- Lot n° 02: Five hundred thousand Algerian dinars (500 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°03: Nine hundred and forty thousand Algerian dinars (940 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency..
- Lot n°04: One million seven hundred thousand Algerian dinars (1 700 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°05: Eight hundred thousand Algerian dinars (800 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°06: Two million four hundred thousand Algerian dinars (2400 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°07: Six hundred and forty thousand Algerian dinars (640 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°08: One million one hundred and sixty thousand Algerian dinars (1160 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°09: Seven hundred and twenty thousand Algerian dinars (720 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.
- Lot n°10: one million forty thousand Algerian dinars (1 040 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency.

After examining and evaluating the Technical Offers, the tender who’s Offers have been deemed to comply with the requirements of the Tender Documents will be invited to the opening meeting of the tenders containing their financial offers, also by videoconference.

The bidders will remain committed by their offers during a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the deadline for submission of bids.
