The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, LSH Division/Maintenance Direcction, is launching an Open National and International Call for Tenders for:

SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR NUOVO PIGNONE “N.P” BRAND COMPRESSORS INSTALLED ON SONATRACH GL1K AND GL3Z SITES

1-The Tender case can be withdrawn from the address SONATRACH, Liquefaction & Separation Activity / LSH Division, MNT Department, located at AIN EL BIA, village N ° 06, BP N ° 74, at the latest Forty - five (45) calendar days from the publication of this notice in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against delivery of a power of attorney to withdraw from the Call for Tenders file for the authorized persons, a copy of the commerce of registration  as well as proof of transfer of a non-refundable sum of Five Thousand (5,000.00 DA) Dinars for companies under Algerian law or Fifty (€50.00) Euro for companies under foreign law;

2- Payment must made by transfer to the External Bank of Algeria - Agency 70 Arzew, under the number: External Bank of Algeria Site SONATRACH - Arzew Account BEA 002 00070 0702200274 65 (the bank receipt must bear the following mention: "Withdrawal Tender File No. 01/LQS/LSH/MNT/2022 and the name of the tenderer's company) ».

3-The one-step submission mode applies to this Call for Tenders

4-The deadline for withdrawing the tender case and preparing tenders is 45 calendar days before 4:00 p.m. from the date of publication on BAOSEM, in accordance with article 31 of the contract award procedure

5-Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address indicated above no later than Forty-five (45 ) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM of this notice. If the deadline for submitting tenders coincides with a public holiday or a weekend, the deadline will be postponed to the next working day before 4:00 p.m. Only the stamp of the General Order Office of the Division will be authentic;

The technical offers are accompanied by submission bail of 10000000.00 DA (for bidders under Algerian law) and/or €63,000.00 (for bidders under foreign law), the validity period of which is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e. 180 days from the date of opening of the technical offers, together with an additional period of 30 calendar days;

The tenders established in three (03) copies including one (01) original and two (02) copies accompanied by the documents required in the tender file must be deposited at the General Order Office in double sealed envelope at the address given above

The sealed outer envelope must be anonymous and contain only the following information

6- The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent to tenderers who have withdrawn the Call for Tenders file.

7-The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or of their duly designated representatives during the opening session and examination of the financial offers which will take place on the date, at the time and to the address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to tenderers whose technical offers are declared to comply with the requirements of the Call for Tenders File

8-The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the date of opening of the envelopes of the technical offers.

The Call for Tenders file can be withdrawn electronically by sending a withdrawal request, accompanied by a copy of the commercial register and proof of payment, by email to the following address
