The GROUPEMENT Tin Fouyé Tabenkort, acting as "Operator" of: SONATRACH, TOTAL, REPSOL, governed by the Presidential Decree No. 18-238 of October 09, 2018, issues a National & International Restricted invitation to tender regarding :

SUPPLY SEVEN (7) LOTS SPARE PARTS TURBINES EXPORT
MS-5002C, SERIES N ° 296932 AND 296933, FOR MAKING MAJOR INSPECTIONS

AT GTFT GAS COMPLEX

Important : This Notice of Invitation to Tender relates to the supply of very specific spare parts for General Electric MS-5002C industrial turbines.
This Invitation to Tender is intended only for SUPPLIERS who can undertake to supply new parts, of recent manufacture and conforming to the manufacturers' technical specifications. All parts supplied must, without exception, be provided with their certificate of origin (CO) and Certificate of Conformity (CC).

Bidders who are not on the Sonatrach blacklist and who are interested in this National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender can receive the tender package without charge by sending an e-mail to the address below. with as attachments:

A request for withdrawal of the tender package signed by the authorized person;

A copy of the extract from the trade Register / K-bis, specialized in the field.

The deadline for submission of the technical and financial offers is 30 days from the publication of the present announcement in the BAOSEM, the date of publication being included in this period.

All tenders received after 6.00 p.m. on the closing date will be considered null and void.

The Bidders will stay committed by their offers for a period of 120 days counting from the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
