The Algerian society of electricity production SPE.SPA /Pole TG-TV Est/F'kirina power plant, launched a national and international open call to tender to the: “Supply of spare parts for the group circuit breaker (type FKG1 with 24KV) for the F’kirina power plant”

Against presentation of a payment document of the sum of 3.000 DA for the Algerian companies or 50 Euros for the foreign companies in the account N°001 00321 0300 300.429/39, open in the “Banque Nationale d’Algérie”, Agence 321 Ain Beida, Rue du 01er Novembre Ain Beida, Wilaya d’Oum El Bouaghi.

The tenderers must address, in only one step, established separately, a technical offer, without any reference to the price, and a financial bid mentioning the price.

The technical and the financial bids must be accompanied by documents enumerated and required in the specifications.

The technical and the financial bids, established separately, must be deposited, forthwith, under dual envelope sealed with the address above it, Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10:00 Am (local time). The bids opening is public and will take place the same day at 10:30 Am.

The outer technical bid envelope must be anonymous, with no header or logo and shall contain the following mention:

The outer financial bid envelope must be anonymous, with no header or logo, and shall contain the following mention:

Financial bid - Not to open

All bids must be accompanied at the time of submission of a bid bond made in favour of «Algerian society of electricity production» amounting to:

For Algerian companies: 500.000,00 DA (Five hundred thousand DZD).

For foreigner companies: 4.500,00 Euro (Four thousand and five hundred Euro).

This submission bid must be established by a bank of Algerian right of first order, or against guarantee by a first-order bank in the bidder's country.

Tenderers will remain bound by their bids for a period of 180 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
