Opinion of call of offers National and International N° 04/2019/CBR-DTM

 

The National Society of Merchandise and Distribution of petroleum products, NAFTAL SPA to the capital of 40.000.000.000 DA, throw an opinion of call of offers National and International N°: 04/2019/CBR-DTM for supply:

 

Lot N°01: Spare parts for Electric Fuel pumps and electric pumps/

fire-fighting motor pumps from brand ITT GOULDS;

Lot N°02: Spare parts for Electric Fuel pumps from brand BYRON JAKSON;

Lot N°03: Spare parts for Electric pumps and fire-fighting motor pumps from

brand KSB ITUR;

Lot N°04: Spare parts for Electric Fuel pumps from brand SIHI;

Lot N°05: Spare parts for Electric Fuel pumps from brand BOMBAS GUINARD;

Lot N°06: Spare parts for Electric Fuel pumps from brand RUHRPUMPEN

THYSSEN;

Lot N°07: Spare parts for loading arm from brand PEROLO;

Lot N°08: Spare parts for loading arm from brand SILEA;

Lot N°09: Spare parts for loading arm from brand FMC ;

Lot N°10: Spare parts for metering groups fuel from brand SAMPI ;

Lot N°11: Spare parts for metering groups fuel from brand ALMA ;

 

The whithdrawal of the specifications will be done at the address CBR.Marches@naftal.dz , against payment of a non-refundable amount of five thousand Dinars (5 000 DA) for domestic bidders and Fifty Euros (50 €) for foreign bidders payable by transfer to account N ° 00200016160166050679 Agency BEA Palace des Exhibitions Pins Maritimes - Algiers, and this , from the date of the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

 

The mode of submission is done in two (02) distinct steps:

1^st step: delivery and opening of technical bids, they will be delivred by the bidders or a representative duly mandated and open session, for opening of the envelopes COE technical will take place on: 08/02/2021 at 09 H 00 at the headquarters of the Fuels Branch, located at the Airport HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE, Dar El Beida – Algiers

 

Under this tender, the technical bids must include the following reference:

AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL OUVERT

N°04/2019/NAFTAL/B.CBR/DIRECTION TECHNIQUE ET MAINTENANCE

 

In addition to the original, the bidder must provide two (02) copies of the technical bid.

Technical bids are accompanied by a guarantee of bids, for domestic bidders is: One Hundred thousand Dinars Algerian (100 000, 00 DA) and for foreign bidders is: three thousand Euros (3.000, 00 €), the validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the bids, or one hundred twenty (120) days, with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

 

2^nd step: delivery and opening of financial bids, they will be handed over by the bidders or a representative duly mandated and open session, a letter of invitation indicating the place and date of opening of the envelopes COP Commercial will be sent to the only bidders eligible for the commercial bid.
