Published in the Baosem n° 1415 of August, 29th 2017, that the deadlines have been extended as follows:

The withdrawal deadline, intended on November, 29th 2017, has been extended to January, 11th 2018 at 15h00.

The submission deadline, intended on December, 10th 2017, has been extended to January, 18th 2018 at 15h00.

The tenders? opening, intended on December, 18th 2017, has been extended to February, 15th 2018 at 10h00.
