KAHRIF, Purchase and Storage directorate, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender regarding:

Supply of the following material:

Remote controlled air switches with voltage dips (IATCT 30Kv) including arresters: 40 units

Fuse holder base HPC 36Kv 25 A: 150 units

Arresters 30 kV: 30 units

The present national and international restricted invitation to tender is addressed to only the manufacturers.

The invitation to tender shall be carried out in one single stage by handing over at the same time (the same day) of the both tenders’ technical and financial ones:

First stage: the technical tenders shall be examined.

Second stage: the tenderers’ financial tenders shall be examined who’s technical tender is conformed.

By paying a non-repayable amount of:

100 Euros (or the equivalent in US dollars), by transfer into account BNA, Agence de Médèa, N° 001 00851 0310 000 001 43, Swift BNALDZALXXX, concerning foreign tenderers.

5 000DZD, by bank transfer into account BNA, Agence de Médèa,

N° 001 00851 0300 300 506 80, concerning Algerian tenderers.

The tenders must be handed over in sealed non-identifiable envelope, in double envelope at the following address:

Tenderers are requested to present the same day and at the same timing two tenders, technical and financial ones, to hand over in distinct envelopes bearing the following marks:

The tenders’ opening session is public. It shall take place in KAHRIF offices, at the above stated address, the same day that the tenders handing over close, which is November, 19th 2019 at 10.00 AM (Local time). Tenderers or their duly authorized representatives are invited to attend the tenders opening session.

Interested tenderers may have further information and examine the tender package in the offices KAHRIF, Direction des Achats et des Stocks, à Hai Ain D’Heb, Médéa (Fax : 213 25 61 30 24 or 213 25 61 22 72)

The tenders’ validity duration is 120 days after the date of the tenders handing over.

Tenderers must present the original copy of the tender bond for an amount higher than 1% from the tender amount, (all taxes included for the local tenderers) and (CFR for foreigners), in a sealed envelope.

The specifications must be withdrawn by the tenderer or its duly authorized representative.
