National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender

KAHRAGHAZ (DCROE: Ex. KAHRIF), Procurement and Logistics Directorate, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply of the following material:

Circuit breaker HP kVA: 560 units;

Circuit breaker HP 100 kVA: 35 units;

Remote Controlled Air Switches with voltage dip (30kV) including lightning arrester: 10 units

This national and international invitation to tender is addressed to only the manufacturers whose material that is object of the invitation to tender is certified by CREDEG Sonelgaz.

This invitation to tender is realized in one step, with the concomitant submission (on the same day) of both the technical and financial offers:

First phase where the technical offers are examined;

Second phase where it shall be examined the financial offers of the tenderers whose technical offers are conform.

In return of the payment of a non-refundable amount of 100 € (or its equivalent in USD), by bank transfer in BNA, Agency of Médéa, account N° 001 00851 0310 000 001 43, Swift BNALDZALXXX (for the foreign tenderers), 5000 DZD by bank transfer KAHRAGHAZ (DCROE: Ex. KAHRIF) to account BNA, Agency of Médéa, N° 001 00851 0300 506 80 (for the Algerian tenderers).

The offers must be submitted in unidentifiable sealed folds, at the following address:

The offers’ opening shall be public. It shall take place in the offices of KAHRAGHAZ (DCROE: Ex. KAHRIF), at the address mentioned above, on the same submission deadline date, that is October, 19^th 2022 at 10h00 Local Time. The tenderers or their duly mandated representatives are invited to the opening session.

The interested tenderers may obtain additional information and examines the specifications at the offices of:

The offers’ validity duration is 120 days after the offers’ submission deadline.

The tenderer is requested to present the original copy of the submission bail with an amount that is higher than 1% of the offers’ amount (Tax Included for the local tenderers and CFR for the foreign ones), in a sealed fold.

The specifications must be withdrawn by the tenderer or his duly mandated tenderer.
