Supply of Twenty (20) brazed and welded aluminum plate exchangers for the GL1Z & GL2Z Complexes,
having been the subject of publication on BAOSEM N° 2177 of September 20, 2023, that the deadline for submission of offers technical, extended a first time until December 10, 2023 (BAOSEM N 2196 of November 15, 2023), then a second time until December 31, 2023 (BAOSEM N 2205 of December 11, 2023), is extended for the third time until January 15, 2024 by this notice.
