National and international open invitation to tender

The Algerian Company of Realizing industrial projects (SARPI SPA) issues an open competitive national and international invitation to tender regarding:

Supply of:

Batch n° 01: UPS system AC & DC- Principal Station Zone- GCB

Batch n° 02: UPS AC & DC- Booster Station Zone- SARPI

Batch n° 03: UPS system AC & DC- Manifold Station Zone- ENGTP

Project: Realization of pumping station SP1 ROK in: Haoud El Hamra, Hassi-Messaoud, Wilaya of Ouargla

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI located at 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra Alger, and no later than December, 05^th 2022, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (Five Thousand Algerian Dinars) 5000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (Fifty Euro ) 50 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Bank, Hydra Agency 005 Algiers, account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74

The submission mode of two steps shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication , addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI, 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra – Alger

On December, 07^th 2022 at 10h00 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of: 300 000 DZD.

established for SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of: 3 000.00 € or its equivalent in USD.

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address: SARPI SPA, 24 Rue de Timgad –Hydra Alger

On December, 07^th 2022 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

The companies that rejected from SARPI Spa and Sonatrach Group are not accepted to participate in this invitation to tender.
