The National Company SONATRACH, Exploration and Production Activity, Laboratories Division, 1^st November Avenue - Boumerdès 35000, issues a national and international open competitive bidding for

Supply of various laboratory equipment divided into three (03) separate lots:

Batch N°01 : Muffle Furnace

Batch N°02: Laboratory incubators with accessories

Batch N°03: Laboratory glassware washer-disinfector with Accessories

The Tender Dossier can be withdrawn at the address: SONATRACH – Activité Exploration & Production / Division Laboratoires - Département Approvisionnements - Service Achats, Avenue du 1er Novembre Boumerdès, 35000,or requested via e-mail at the address :(Gest.Appelsdoffres.dlab@sonatrach.dz),

by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of:

For foreign tenderers:

Fifty euros (50 EUR);

Thirty-five (35 USD) United States Dollars.

For National tenderers:

Five thousand Algerian dinar (5,000 DA)

to be paid to the account of: SONATRACH – Activité Exploration & Production / Division Laboratoires, sous le N°002 00005 0503262501 78, code SWIFT B EXA DZ AL005, Agence BEA, Djenane El Malik – Hydra-Alger – Algérie.

The justificatives payments relating to withdrawal tender (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the Bidder.

The one-stage bidding method applies to this Invitation to Tender, which concerns three (03) lots.

Bidders may bid for one or more lots.

Under this invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the following address: SONATRACH - Activité Exploration et Production - Division Laboratoires - Département Approvisionnements - Service Achats - Avenue du 1er Novembre Boumerdès 35 000 Algérie.

The deadline for receipt of requests for clarification is ten (10) working days before the deadline for submission of tenders, as indicated below.

The deadline for submission of tenders is thirty (30) calendar days from the first publication of this notice in the Bulletin des appels d'offres du secteur de l'énergie (BAOSEM).

Any bid sent after this deadline will be considered null and void, as evidenced by the stamp of SONATRACH's central registry office - Exploration and Production Activity - Boumerdès Laboratories Division.

If the closing date coincides with a public holiday, bids will be submitted on the next working day.

Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee (bank bid guarantee).

Algerian-registered bidders must provide a bank bid guarantee in the amount of :

Batch N°01 : six thousand Algerian Dinars (6 000 DA).

Batch N°02 : four hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (400,000 DA).

Batch N°03 : seventy thousand Algerian Dinars (70 000 DA).

Established by a leading Algerian bank in favor of SONATRACH - Exploration and Production Activity - Laboratories Division - Avenue du 1er novembre 35 000 Boumerdès Algeria.

Foreign bidders must provide a bank bid guarantee issued by a first-class foreign bank with the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie, Direction des Relations Internationales, located at 48 rue des frères Bouadou - Bir Mourad Rais - Algiers, in favor of SONATRACH - Activité Exploration et Production - Division Laboratoires - Avenue du 1er novembre 35 000, in the amount of:

In Euros

Batch N°01: forty-two Euros (42 EUR).

Batch N°02: two thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven Euros (2,787 EUR).

Batch N°03: four hundred and eighty-eight Euros (488 EUR).

In US Dollars

Batch N°01: forty-five Dollars (45 USD).

Batch N°02: two thousand nine hundred and seventy-eight Dollars (2,978 USD).

Batch N°03: five hundred and twenty-one Dollars (521 USD).

The bid security may be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by the Tenderer or its authorized representative during the technical bid opening session.

The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative(s) who wish to attend, at the opening session which will take place at the following address: SONATRACH - ACTIVITE EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION- DIVISION LABORATOIRES - Avenue du 1er Novembre - 35000 Boumerdès, on the date and at the time mentioned in the invitations which will be sent to the bidders who have withdrawn the bidding documents.

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives, at the financial bid opening and examination session which will take place at the address, date and time mentioned in the invitations which will be sent only to those bidders whose technical bids are declared to comply with the requirements of the tender documents.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days, with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days from the deadline for submission of technical offers.

NOTE:

The Bidding Documents will be given only to the Bidder's duly authorized representative wishing to participate in this invitation to tender.

The outer envelope must not bear any mark identifying the tenderer, failing which it will be rejected.

Candidates on the blacklist of energy sector companies may not withdraw the present tender documents.

Under no circumstances will the amount paid for the tender documents or any related costs be reimbursed.
