AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction& Separation Activity, DIVISION GNL.GPL, Complex GL1Z BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA issues an open National and International invitation to tender for:

THE SUPPLY OF VARIOUS SPARE PARTS OF ELECTRICITY AND AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE GL1 / Z COMPLEX

in five (05) distinct shares:

Lot N ° 01: Supply of components for PANELS, CABINETS and LV / MV Electrical Switchboards for all industrial applications.

Lot N° 02: Supply of spare parts for battery chargers and UPS.

Lot N° 03 : Supply of Various Accessories and Electrical Equipment.

Lot N°04 : Supply of spare parts for air conditioning system (HVAC)

Lot N°05 : Supply of spare parts for electrical substations.

and at the latest sixty (60) days as from the date of the publication of this opinion on BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5 000D ZD) for the local tenderers and fifty EUROS (50 €) for the foreign tenderers

The payment on behalf of the company (Corporation) wishing to withdraw this specification and not on behalf of the person who will conduct the transaction to the bank's level. Will be carried out by transfer with the bank account of GL1Z plant N°00200070700416017825 SWIFT BEXADZALX 070 opened near the bank external of Algeria at Marsa n°11, Street Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran).

The mode of tender in a one stage is applied to the present invitation to tender , bidder may bid for one or more lots , they must clearly indicate this in the letter of submission.

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds’ contents in the same fold, to the following address:

¤ six hundred thousand (600.000,00) dinars algérien for International tenders Of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred and eighty (180) days as from the date of submission of tenders, accompanied with an additional time of thirty (30) days calendar.

¤Two thousand (2.000,00) Euros pour les Soumissionnaires étrangers ;

¤Three hundred thousand (300.000,00) dinars algériens for national tenders

The folds containing the technical offers will be open in presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it at the meeting of opening which will take place at Complex GL1Z, BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA, in the days which follow the closing date of this invitation to tender.

The folds containing the financial offers will be open and examined in presence of the tenderers who wish to attend there or of their representatives designated at the time of the session of opening and exam of the financial offers that will take place at the date and hour and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be addressed to the only tenderers of which the technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the file of the invitation to tender.

Tenderers will remain committed by their offer for one hundred eighty (180) days accompanied with an additional time of (30) days calendars from the date of submission of tenders.

The tenderers wishing to withdraw the schedule of conditions must provide their representative with a legalized copy of the register trades, one power of attorney (Legal representative) and this all of their company to the effect of the withdrawal the schedule of conditions.

Societies must address a demand of invitation forty-eight (48) hours before the displacement of their loaded representative of the shrinking, for formalities of access use to the level of the industrial zone.

Also, the company wanting to withdraw the tender by email way can do the shrinking by email while transmitting a copy of the trade register and the order of transfer to the following addresse:
