Candidates must send the technical and financial bids in separated envelopes, attached with the related administrative documents required in the specification.

All bids must be accompanied with bail of submission, made in favour of the “LA SOCIETE ALGERIENNE DE PRODUCTION DE L’ELECTRICITE” by the amount of 3 000 000,00 DZD (Three Million Algerian Dinars) for the Algerian companies and 30 000,00 (Thirty Thousands Euros) for foreign companies, from an Algerian bank.

Candidates will remain committed by their offers for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of their offer’s submission.
