which was published on BAOSEM N° 2140 of 04/06/2023, that the deadline submission of technical offers initially set for 02/08/2023, then extended a first time until 01/09/2023 (BAOSEM N° 2162 of 09/08/2023), is extended a second time by this notice until as of 09/16/2023.
