The original copy of the bank tender bond must accompany the tenders.

The bidding documents must be put down under duplicate envelope sealed above at the latest to the address a day of the release of the invitation to tender.

The public tenders opening session shall take place on 15/06/2026 at 10:00 AM at the Committee Room of “UMFPDR” located in Draa El Hadja.

The outside envelope must be anonymous without letterhead or acronym bearing only the following mark:

Technical offer to not open

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 150 days as of the closing date for the tenders handing over.

Note: the English notice prints 15/06/2026, before its publication, while the French notice and the official Arabic notice both specify 15/09/2026 at 10:00. The displayed deadline follows these two concordant versions; the English source wording remains unchanged.
