RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

OC SH-FCP “Organ Conjoint” constituted by the companies Sonatrach and First Calgary Petroleums LP, operating in Ledjmet perimeter Block 405b, having its head office located at route de CINA, Zone des Partenaires SONATRACH 24 février, BP N° 559, Hassi Messaoud, Algérie, is issuing a restricted national and international invitation to tender for:

Technical Assistance for engineering, expertise, Works supervision, control and monitoring Services for OC SH-FCP.

This invitation to tender is addressed exclusively to specialized companies having recognized references in the field.

Companies interested in this invitation to tender, may submit their confirmation of Interest by presenting - or by sending an e-mail - with the following required documentation:

Copy of the Trade Register with activity code corresponding to the scope of the tender mentioned above as being their main activity;

Having executed at least two (02) Contracts of similar activities mentioned above in oil and gas Field;

Bidders should have a confirmed experience supported by attestations of good execution of project similar to the above mentioned services in OIL and GAS field.

Important: bidders shall have no pending litigation with Sonatrach and ENI, alone or in partnership. This condition must also be applicable to the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Under presentation of all the above documentation (1, 2, 3 and 4), interested Companies may withdraw the tender document, at no cost, by contacting the “Direction Approvisionnements & Contrats” at the following address:

Technical and commercial Tenders shall be submitted in strict conformity with the Instruction to Tenderers specified in the tender documents.

The closing date for receipt of tenders, at the address indicated above, is set to Forty-two (42) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Tenders received after 7:00 P.M (Algerian local time) on the day of the closing date, will be considered null and void.

The Bidders will remain committed by their offers during a period of a hundred and eighty (180) days after the closing date for receipt of tenders.
