IN ONE (01) STEP DIVIDED INTO ELEVEN (11) SEPARATED BATCHS

SONATRACH Plc, Exploration Production Activity / Production Division/ Supply and Transport Department, 08, Chemin du Réservoir Hydra, Algiers-Algeria, launches a National and International Open Call for Tenders, in one (01) step, for :

the acquisition of demulsifiers intended for the treatment of units and production fields of the Regional Departments: STAH, Hassi Messaoud, Ohanet, Hassi R'mel, TFT, BBK.

Batch N°01: 360 drums of demulsifiers for the treatment of Stah, Merksen oil-producing wells and the oil ring at STAH Regional department.

Batch N°02: 600 drums of demulsifiers for the treatment of the UP/Stah, UP/Merksen and CTH-ALRAR production units at the STAH Regional department.

Batch N°03: 1000 drums of demulsifier barrels for the following units: UTBS, HGA and satellites SUD1 Regional department of Hassi Messaoud.

Batch N°04: 500 drums of demulsifiers for the following units: Traitement SUD and satellites SUD 2- Regional department of Hassi Messaoud.

Batch N°05: 700 drums of demulsifiers for the units: Traitement NORD and LDHP ZCINA- Regional department of Hassi Messaoud.

Batch N°06: 800 drums of demulsifiers for the following units: Satellites NORD and Upside Nord - Regional department of Hassi Messaoud.

Batch N°07: 440 drums of demulsifiers for OHANET Regional department.

Batch N°08: 850 drums of Condensate demulsifiers for HASSI R'MEL Regional department.

Batch N°09: 1000 drums of demulsifiers for the treatment of the North sector of the TFT Regional department.

Batch N°10: 700 drums of demulsifiers for the treatment of the South sector of the TFT Regional department.

Batch N°11 : 1200 drums of demulsifiers, inteded to the BIR BERKINE region

Very important :

This call for tenders is intended for manufacturers and exclusive distributors of specialized chemical products in the field, having effective and efficient products following the conclusive results of industrial tests carried out at the level of the production units of the Regional Directorates of STAH, Hassi Messaoud, Ohanet, Hassi R’mel, TFT and BBK.

- Chemical manufacturers who do not yet have tested products may participate in this call for tenders, provided that they successfully pass the industrial on-site tests, in accordance with the internal approval procedure in force, attached in the Call for Tenders Document.

“Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Confidential, do not open”

Bidders may submit, according to their choice, an offer for one or more batches. For this, the offers (technical and financial) for each batch must be submitted in separate envelopes (each batch in a separate envelope). Common documents that are valid for all batches can be submitted in a separate envelope.

Tenderers must submit one tender for each Batch.

The deadline for submitting bids is set at sixty (60) calandar days, before 3:00 p.m.(local time)  from the first publication, in paper format, of this notice in the bulletin of calls for tenders for the energy and mining sector (BAOSEM).

In all cases, the receipt stamp of the order office of the Production Division or the bid reception office will be authentic.

Any tender received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday and/or a day of week-end(Friday and Saturday), bids will be submitted on the next working day.

Requests for clarification of the tender documents must be sent in writing to the Contracting Entity no later than days (10) before the deadline for submission of tenders.

The period of validity of the bid bank guarantee is equal to that of the validity of the bids, which is one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for submission of technical bids and increased by an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested tenderers on the day of opening of the technical tenders.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened, in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish, at the opening session.

The date, place and time will be specified by fax sent to all bidders who have withdrawn the Call for Tender documents.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives, which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation, which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical offers declared to

comply with the requirements of the tender document (DAO).
