The company of the phosphate mines, SOMIPHOS spa, launches a national and international open invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirements for:

The Supply, assembly, commissioning and performance testing of two new semi-mobile quayside loaders for loading phosphates on board bulk carriers, in two lots:

Lot No. 01: A semi-mobile quayside loader (Station 17) with a loading rate of 1,000 Tonnes/Hour.

Lot No. 02: A semi-mobile quayside loader (Station 19) with a loading rate of 800 Tonnes/Hour.

For the port facilities of Annaba (IPA),

This national and international call for tenders addressed to manufacturers of port handling equipment intended for loading bulk carriers.

Companies interested in the present call for tenders can receive the schedule of conditions in two ways:

1) Near the accounting department SOMIPHOS: Headquarters of the General Directorate Sis in El Djorf at Tébessa12000, Algeria, against payment of a sum Twenty thousand Algerian Dinars (20,000.00 DA), non-refundable, representing the costs of documentation and copying. A copy of the legal status, the trade register and stamp must accompany the candidate;

Presentation of the file:

Bidders must submit the application file in a single, separately established step; the technical offer without any reference to price

The application file and the technical offer are inserted in separate and sealed envelopes, indicating the name of the company, the address, the reference and the subject of the call for tenders as well as the mention “application file”, “technical offer”, as the case may be.

Each file in the offer (application file; technical offer) must be presented in a single original copy, marked “original” and two (02) copies signed in the same way as the original and marked “copy”.

These envelopes are put in another sealed and anonymous envelope, bearing the words:

The technical proposals shall be submitted at least fifty (50) days from the first publication of this call for Tenders in the BAOSEM, BOMOP or the quotidian press, same as the schedule of conditions, at the following address:

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for a period of 120 days.
