The National Company of Drilling “E.NA.FOR/Spa”, the Contracting Structure, Procurement and Storage Management Directorate, issues an international open prequalification in order to determine a list of suppliers to be consulted for the supply of :

LOT 01: WELDING EQUIPMENT

LOT 02: DIESEL GENERATOR & LIGHTING14

LOT 03: WORKSHOP TOOLS

LOT 04: BEARINGS

LOT 05: AIR SYSTEM

LOT 06: POWER SYSTEM AND POWER UNIT

LOT 07: WATER TREATMENT UNIT

The candidates that are interested in this prequalification must withdraw the specifications at:

In return of a payment voucher with an amount of  80 USD (or equivalent) . The payment must be done to ENAFOR account N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Hassi Messaoud Agency (Ouargla).

The candidature file must be put into a sealed anonymous fold at the following address:

The specifications’ withdrawal deadline of this prequalification is fixed in 30 days as of the date of publication in the Baosem, and the deadline for submitting files is set at 45 days following publication in the BAOSEM, with a cut-off time of 16.00 pm on the last working day.

Any bid sent after the deadline will be considered null and void.
