National and International Open Invitation to Tender in Two Steps

The National Company of Drilling ‘E.NA.FOR/JSC’, contracting Structure: Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Management issues a national and international open invitation to tender in two steps regarding:

The tenderers that are interested in the present notice, except those which are in the blacklist, may withdraw the tender package at:

Departement Passation des Contrats (DPC),Base Abdelhak Ben Hamouda ENAFOR Hassi Messaoud-W-(Ouargla)

upon transfer voucher for a sum of 14.000 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers and 100USD concerning the foreign ones, into account ENAFOR N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).

The tenders making up the offer, accompanied by the original copy of the submission bail, must be handed over at the above address, in double sealed envelope with the following marks on the outer envelope:

"OFFRE TECHNIQUE CONFIDENTIEL A NE PAS OUVRIR AVIS D'APPEL D'OFFRES NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OUVERT N°33 IN 2024

The specifications’ withdrawal deadline is fixed in (21) days following the publication of this notice in the Baosem, and the technical  offers’ submission deadline is fixed in 45 days following its publication date in the BAOSEM, at 16h00 time limit as of the last workday.

Every offer received after the submission deadline shall be considered null and void.
