The President of the People's Municipal Council of Municipality of Ain Kercha announces an open tender with minimum capacity requirements for the following operation:
Urban development works on roads and streets in the Ain Kercha Municipality

-Lot 1:Urban development works for Saou Aboud Street, Ain Kercha Municipality

-Lot 2:Road works and development of sidewalks and public lighting on the road connecting national road no. 100 and the neighborhood of Al-Hadayek 2, municipality of Ain Kercha
-Lot 3:Road works and sidewalk development and public lighting on El Chahid Ghrriche El Rabai Street.

-Lot 4: Urban development works for Gawas Al-Ayachi Street.

-Lot5: Road works and sidewalk development on Bouchagour Salah Street in the Al-Hadayek neighborhood of Ain Kercha

\- A copy of Social Security declaration certificates for workers within a period not exceeding 3 months (affiliation certificates)

\- A copy of Social Security declaration certificates for executives within a period not exceeding 3 months (affiliation certificates) accompanied by diplomas + notarized contracts or regulatory

\* Material Means

\- A copy of gray cards + insurance certificates + valid technical inspection of mobile equipment valid.

-Presentation of copies of at least two (02) certificates of good execution relating to similar projects, duly ,signed by the different contracting services.

Note: All copies must be valid on the day the bids are opened. When the contracting authority must request original documents, this must be limited to the contract holder.

In accordance with Article 69 of Presidential Decree No. 247/15 dated 02 Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 corresponding to 09/16/2015,regulating contracts and public service delegations, documents
substantiating the information contained in the declaration of candidacy are only required from the successful bidder, who must submit them within 10 days from the date of notification, and in
any case before the publication of the announcement of the provisional award of the contract.

If the aforementioned documents are not submitted within the deadlines, or if it is discovered after their submission that they contain information inconsistent with that stated in the declaration
of candidacy, the bid shall be rejected and the contracting authority shall resume the contract award procedures.

If, after the contract has been signed, the Contracting interest discovers that the information provided by the public bidder is false, it shall order the cancellation of the contract under the sole
responsibility of the contracting operator.

Financial Offer

-Commitment Letter: Signed, dated, stamped, and fully completed by the bidder (Complete the commitment letter for each lot separately)
-Unit Price Schedule: Fully completed with letters and numbers, signed and stamped by the bidder

-Quantitative and estimated detail: Fully completed with the amount and total in letters and numbers, signed and stamped by the bidder

Tender Submission Deadlines:

-The deadline for submitting tenders is fifteen (15) days from the date of the first publication of the tender announcement in the official bulletin of public operator markets (BOMOP) and on the
electronic public procurement portal or in the written press or in the electronic press.

NB: The publication will be made on the Electronic Public Procurement Portal, provided that its website is accessible

. Tenders will be received on the last day of the tender preparation period, from 8:00 , to 11:00 , at the Procurement Office of the municipality of Ain Kercha. Tenders received after the deadline set
by the contracting service will be rejected.

· The contracting service may extend the deadline for submitting tenders if circumstances so require, and in this case, it will notify contractors by all means.

Validity period of offers: Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for the entire durstion of bid preparation plus three months from the date of submission of bids.

Bid Opening: The technical and financial envelopes and the application file will be opened in a public session on the last day for bid submission at 11:00 am, in the Ain Kercha municipality, This
announcement serves as an invitation to bidders to attend the bid opening.

Important Note: The date and time for submitting bids and the date and time for opening the technical and financial bid envelopes coincide with the last day for bidding. If this day coincides with a
public holiday or a legal day of rest, the period for preparing offers is extended until the following working day at eleven o'clock (11:00) in the morning.
