تعلن شركة كوسيدار البناء عن مناقصة وطنية مفتوحة من أجل إنجاز أشغال مراحل البناء الثانوية (البناء وتغطية الأرضية والجدران والدهان والزجاج ونجارة مادة بولي كلوريد الفينيل (PVC) والنجارة المعدنيّة والمساكة والكهرباء-جهاز الاتصال الداخلي وعدّة الهواني المکافی وتکییف الهواء) لمشروع 12. مسکن ترقوي الكائن ببلدیة بومرداس - ولاية بومرداس.
إنّ هذه المناقصة موجهة لمقاولات أشغال البناء اللواتي لديهن مراجع في إنجاز أشغال مراحل البناء الثانوية في مجال البناء، مثبتة بشهادات حسن التنفيذ أو محاضر الاستلام النهائيّ المعدّة والموقعة من طرف الزبائن والممهورة بطابع مقروء.
إنّ المقاولات المهتمّة بهذه المناقصة مدعوة لسحب دفتر الشروط من المديرية العامة لشركة كوسيدار البناء، دائرة المناولة، طریق الدار البيضاء، الجزائر العاصمة مقابل دفع مبلغ خمسة آلاف دينار (5.000,00 دج)، لدى البنك الوطني الجزائري (ب.و.ج)، الوكالة 612، الكائنة برقم 22 شارع مولود فرعون، الدار البيضاء، الجزائر العاصمة 16100.
يجب تقديم العروض، المكوّنة من الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط، في نسختين (أصلية + نسخة)، في ظرفين اثنين (02) مغلقين، يحملان طابعا رطبا (عرض تقني وعرض مالي)، يتمّ ايداعهما في ظرف ثالث مغلق حتما ومبهم التسمية ولا يحمل إلا البيانات التالية:
"تعهد، لا يفتح" إعلان عن مناقصة وطنية مفتوحة رقم 2025/DPST/STR/BT/22 أشغال مراحل البناء الثانوية (البناء وتغطية الأرضية والجدران والدهان والزجاج ونجارة مادة بولي كلوريد الفينيل (PVC) والنجارة المعدنيّة والمساكة والكهرباء - جهاز الاتصال الداخليّ وعدّة الهوائيّ المكافئ وتكييف الهواء) المشروع: 42 مسکن ترقوي كائن ببلدیة بومرداس - ولاية بومرداس.
يجب إيداع العروض على مستوى العنوان التالي:
کوسیدار البناء أمانة لجنة فتح الأظرفة طريق الدار البيضاء، الجزائر العاصمة
حدّد آخر أجل لإيداع العروض بعشرين (20) يوما ابتداءً من تاريخ أول صدور هذا الإعلان في الصحف الوطنيّة اليومية أو النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي (BOMOP) أو في البوابة الالكترونيّة، أي يوم .... (على الساعة 10)، أخر أجل.
يبقى المتعهدون ملزمين بعروضهم لمدّة مائة وعشرين (120) يوما اعتبارا من التاريخ المحدد لنهاية إيداع العروض.
