Qu’après Examen et Evaluation des Offres Techniques et Financières, le Contrat pour les lots N°01 et N°02 est attribué provisoirement à :

- Soumissionnaire : SARL IRMA GLOBAL SERVICES.

- Pour un montant de :

Lot N° 01 :

Un milliard cinq millions cent quatre mille sept cent quatre-vingt-six Dinars Algérien en TTC hormis TVA (1 005 104 786,00 DA en TTC hormis TVA)

Lot N° 02:

Deux cent soixante-treize millions sept cent quatre-vingt-neuf mille neuf cent douze Dinars, en TTC hormis TVA (273 789 912, 00 DA en TTC hormis TVA)

Les Soumissionnaires contestant le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) Jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent Avis d’Attribution Provisoire de Contrats au BAOSEM, et ce auprès de la Structure Contractante à l’adresse suivante :

The Company SONATRACH, Exploration - Production Activity, Production Division, Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra, Algiers, Algeria, informs all the bidders who participated in the Open National and International Call of Tender N° SH-EP-PROD-APT/06/2025/P, published in the BAOSEM Magazine N° 2393 of June, 12th 2025, concerning the Acquisition of :

Batch No. 01: MASONEILAN brand automatic valves or equivalent with diameters greater than 3 ''

Batch No. 02: MASONEILAN brand automatic valves or equivalent with diameters less than or equal to 3 ''

That after examination and evaluation of the Technical and Financial offers, the Contracts for the batch N°01 is provisionally awarded as :

Batch No. 01:

One billion five million one hundred four thousand seven hundred eighty-six Algerian Dinars, inclusive of all taxes t excluding VAT (1,005,104,786.00 DA inclusive of all taxes excluding VAT)

تعلم شركة سوناطراك، نشاط الاستكشاف والإنتاج، قسم الإنتاج، مديرية التموين والنقل، الكائن مقرها بـ 08، طريق الخزان - حيدرة - الجزائر العاصمة - الجزائر، جميع المتعهدين المشاركين في المناقصة الوطنية والدولية المفتوحة رقم رقم SH-EP-PROD-APT/06/2025/P والتي نشرت في مجلة المناقصات الخاصة بقطاع الطاقة والمناجمBAOSEM ، العدد رقم الصادر بتاريخ 06/12/20 من أجل التزود بـ:

حصة رقم 01: صمامات أوتوماتيكية ذات العلامة التجارية مازونلون أو ما يعادلها بأقطار أكبر من 3 بوصة

حصة رقم 02: صمامات أوتوماتيكية ذات العلامة التجارية مازونلون أو ما يعادلها بأقطار أقل من أو تساوي 3 بوصة

أنه بعد فتح الأظرفة وتقييم العروض المالية، تم منح العقد بشكل مؤقت بالنسبة للحصة رقم 01 و على النحو التالي :

-مقابل مبلغ قدره :

حصة رقم 01:

مليار وخمسة ملايين ومئة وأربعة آلاف وسبعمئة وستة وثمانون ديناراً جزائرياً شامل جميع الضرائب باستثناء ضريبة القيمة المضافة

حصة رقم 02:

مئتان وثلاثة وسبعون مليوناً وسبعمئة وتسعة وثمانون ألفاً وتسعمئة واثني عشر ديناراً جزائرياً شامل جميع الضرائب باستثناء ضريبة القيمة المضافة

بإمكان المتعهدين المعترضين على هذا الاختيار الذي قامت به الهيئة المتعاقدة، تقديم طعن خلال أجل خمسة (05) أيام من أيام العمل، ابتداء من تاريخ صدور هذا الإعلان عن المنح المؤقت للعقد في مجلة المناقصات الخاصة بقطاع الطاقة والمناجم، لدى الهيئة المتعاقدة بالعنوان التالي :
