ليوم الخميس 2026/05/14- على الساعة 09،00 صباحاً بقاعة البيوع الكائنة بالعنوان المذكور أعلاه
بطلب من السيد/مدير الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز -التوزيع - مديرية قالمة ستشرع الشركة المدنية المهنية للمحضرين القضائيين بقالمة
في البيع بالمزاد العلني عن طريق التعهدات المختومة فقط وذلك يوم الخميس 2026/05/14 بقاعة البيوع الكائنة بالعنوان أعلاه ابتداءا من
الساعة 09:00 صباحا كما هو موضح حسب التخصيص الآتي :
شروط البيع:
01 - البيع بدون ضمان ، -02 سحب
دفتر الشروط مع الإذن بالزيارة من
المكتب مقابل مبلغ 2000.00 دج.
-03دفع مبلغ ضمان مقدر بـ
:200.000.00,دج للمشاركة ، -04 دفع
نسبة 21% لا ترد في حالة التنازل ولا
يحق للمتنازل أو البائع المطالبة بها،
-05 مدة الرفع وتسديد الثمن كاملا
حدد بـ 08 أيام، -06 كل من تعذر
عليه الحضور للمزايدة له الحق في وضع
التعهدات مع بطاقة الهوية ومبلغ
الضمان بالمكتب.
