ACHAT DE RACCORDERIES

Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie d’Adrar, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°APR/002/2025-EXP/RA1D, paru sur le BAOSEM N°2378 du 29/04/2025, relatif à :

Achat de raccorderies

que l'avis d'attribution provisoire publié sur BAOSEM N° 2422 Du 03/09/2025, est rectifié comme suit : le marché a été attribué au soumissionnaire APENGY pour un montant exprimé en CFR port d’Alger de Quatre-Vingt-Sept Mille Trois Cent Quarante-Six Dollars et Cinq Centimes (87 346,05 US$).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante, peuvent introduire leurs recours dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la structure contractante.

CORRECTION NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

No. APR/002/2025-EXP/RA1D

Sonatrach, RPC Activity, Refining Operations Division, Adrar Refinery, informs all tenderers having participated in the National and International Open Invitation to  Tenders No. APR/002/2025-EXP/RA1D, published in BAOSEM No. 2378 dated April 29^th, 2025, regarding :

Purchase of piping fittings

That the provisional award notice published in BAOSEM No. 2422 of September 03rd 2025 is hereby corrected as follows: the contract has been awarded to the tenderer  APENGY for a total amount of Eighty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six US Dollars and Five Cents (87 346.05 USD), CFR Port of Algiers.

Tenderers who contest the selection made by the contracting structure may introduce a recourse with the contracting entity within five (5) workdays as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.near the Contracting Structure.
