Sonatrach Downstream Activity Company, refining division exploitation, Arzew refinery staying to the following address BP 37 31200 Z.I Arzew - Algeria issues a national and an international open competitive invitation to tender regarding the:

Coil supply and thermal insulation of hydrocarbide oven (14F1) in 02 lots distinct:

 

Lot N °01: Supply Coils with attached elements for Oven (14 F1)

Lot N°02: Supply Thermal Insulation with fixing and mounting accessories for Furnace (14 F1)

 

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the Structure Passation des Marchés of Arzew refinery before the deposit deadline fixed at sixty (60) days since the first publication of this Invitation to tender at the BAOSEM by any interested companies, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand (10 000) Algerian Dinars for the Algerian companies and of One Hundred (100) Euros for the foreign companies and presentation of a copy of the electronic commerce register for the national companies. The payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account Arzew refinery:

One alone stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

 

Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds’ contents in the same fold, with the following address:

Offre technique et Offre Financière – Ne Pas Ouvrir-

 

At the latest sixty (60) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM.

 

The technical bids, together with the bid bond whose amount is fixed at:

 

Lot 1: nine hundred and ninety-five thousand and four hundred ten Dinars (995 410 DA) for the local bidders and six thousand six hundred and thirty-six Euros (6 636 €) for the forgien bidders,

 

Lot 2: fifty-two thousand and three hundred ninety ten Dinars (52 390 DA) and Three hundred fifty Euros (350 €) for the forgien bidders.

 

Which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers that is 180 days, with an additional of 30 calendar days.

 

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it, during the opening meeting taking place at the Arzew Refinery on the day fixed by an invitation, which will be transmitted to each tenderers.

 

The folds containing the financial offers open and will be examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to assist to with it or their representatives duly designated at the time of the meeting of opening and of examination of the financial offers which will be held at the date, per hour and with the address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed to the only tenderers of which technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the File of Invitation to tender

 

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 calendar days starting « from the opening date of the folds ».
