LOT (01) : Quinze (15) Tracteur routier 6X4

LOT (02) : Six (06) Semi-remorque 30T

LOT (03) : Huit (08) porte engins 75T châssis long

LOT (04) : Un (01) semi-remorque citerne à ciment 28 m3 a 45 m3

LOT (05) : Six (06) Camion 4x4 Transport personnel

LOT (06) : Cinq (05) Camion grue 4x4 (8T)

LOT (07) : Deux (02) Camion hydro cureur

LOT (08) : Quatre (04) Camions Nacelles

Que le Lot N°01 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 1 768 290 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Un million sept cent soixante-huit mille deux cent quatre-vingt-dix euro CFR.

Que le Lot N°02 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « COMET Sarl » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 183 600 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Cent quatre-vingt-trois mille six cents euro CFR.

Que le Lot N°03 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « COMET Sarl » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 804 000 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Huit cent quatre mille euro CFR.

Que le Lot N°05 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 878 940 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Huit cent soixante-dix-huit mille neuf cent quarante euro CFR.

Que le Lot N°06 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 750 100 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Sept cent cinquante mille cent euro CFR.

Que le Lot N°07 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 732 571 Euro CFR en chiffre ;

Soit en lettre : Sept cent trente-deux mille cinq cent soixante et onze euro CFR.

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Awarding Notice

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a share capital of 6,000,000,000 DA, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the National & International Open Invitation to Tenders No. 13/A/2025 regarding :

Supply of means of transportation for equipment and people, divided into eight batches:

BATCH (1): Fifteen (15) Road tractors 6X4

BATCH (02): Six (06) 30T Semi-trailers

BATCH (03): Eight (08) 75T Long Chassis Machine Carriers

BATCH (04): One (01) 28 m3 to 45 m3 Cement Tanker Semi-trailer

BATCH (05): Six (06) 4x4 Personnel Transport Trucks

BATCH (06): Five (05) 4x4 Crane Trucks (8T)

BATCH (07): Two (02) Hydro-cleaning Trucks

BATCH (08): Four (04) Aerial Platform Trucks

BATCH No. 01 is provisionally awarded to the lowest tenderer, "INTRACO SPA," for an amount of 1,768,290 Euro CFR in figures;

Which means: One Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Euro CFR.

That Lot No. 02 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer "COMET Sarl" declared as the lowest tenderer for an amount of 183,600 Euro CFR in figures;

In words: One Hundred And Eighty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Euro CFR.

That Lot No. 03 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer "COMET Sarl" declared as the lowest tenderer for an amount of 804,000 Euro CFR in figures;

In words: Eight Hundred And Four Thousand Euro CFR.

That Lot No. 05 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer "INTRACO SPA" declared as the lowest tenderer for an amount of 878,940 Euro CFR in figures;

In words: Eight Hundred And Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred And Forty Euro CFR.

That Lot No. 06 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer "INTRACO SPA" declared as the lowest tenderer for an amount of 750,100 Euro CFR in figures;

Either in writing: Seven Hundred And Fifty Thousand One Hundred euros CFR.

That Lot No. 07 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer "INTRACO SPA" declared the lowest tenderer for an amount of 732,571 euros CFR in figures;

Or in writing: Seven Hundred And Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred And Seventy-One Euros CFR.

Tenderers contesting this award may lodge a recourse addressed to the President of the SARPI Spa Enterprise Procurement Committee and filed against acknowledgment of receipt at the SARPI Spa SDAS structure, no later than five (05) working days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin of invitation to  Tenders for the Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM).
