Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert avec Exigences de Capacités Minimales N°02/ORGM Spa/2025

L’EPE ORGM Spa informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires à l’Avis d’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert avec Exigences de Capacités Minimales N°02/ORGM Spa/2025 portant sur la fourniture, la livraison et la mise en service des micros ordinateurs de bureau et des micros portables, suite à l’évaluation technico-financière, l’attribution provisoire du marché au profit de :

Les soumissionnaires qui contesteraient les choix opérés par le service contractant doivent introduire un recours dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BOMOP et le BAOSEM auprès de Madame la Présidente de la Commission Centrale des Marchés de l’EPE/ORGM /Spa.

 Les soumissionnaires intéressés sont invités à se rapprocher du Service Contractant, au plus tard trois (03) jours à compter du premier jour de la publication du présent Avis d’Attribution Provisoire du Marché dans le BOMOP pour prendre connaissance des résultats détaillés de l’évaluation de leurs offres techniques et financières.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

National and International Open Invitation to Tender with Minimum Capacity Requirements

N°02/ORGM Spa/2025

EPE ORGM Spa informs all tenderers of the National and International Open Invitation to Tender with Minimum Capacity Requirements N°02/ORGM Spa/2025 regarding:

Supply, delivery, and setup of desktop and laptop computers

following the technical and financial evaluation, the provisional awarding of the contract to the benefit of:

tenderers contesting the choices made by the contracting authority must file an appeal within five (5) working days as of the first publication of the provisional contract awarding notice in the BOMOP and BAOSEM with the President of the Central Procurement Commission of the EPE/ORGM/Spa.

Interested tenderers are invited to contact the Contracting Authority no later than three (3) days as of the first day of publication of this Provisional Contract Awarding Notice in the BOMOP to review the detailed results of the evaluation of their technical and financial bids.
