FOR « PROVISION OF SLICKLINE, DATA ACQUISITION AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ON CALL OUT BASIS »

GROUPEMENT Reggane, an association formed by SONATRACH S.P.A, Repsol Exploración Argelia, S.A., Wintershall Dea Algeria GmbH, as an operator for the development and operation of the Reggane Nord field, and more specifically Block 351C, located in the Reggane region, 1500 km south-west of Algiers launches as part of the development of the Reggane Nord project a National and International restricted Call for Bids for:

 PROVISION OF SLICKLINE, DATA ACQUISITION AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ON CALL OUT BASIS

This notice concerns only companies specialized in the supply of this type of Services and having recognized references in the industry.

Companies interested in this call for bids must submit their request for interest to participate or by sending an e-mail including the following documents required:

1. A copy of the electronic Trade Register including Activity code in accordance with the required service in this call for bid
2. C-20 Valid or documents proving stable residence in Algeria
3. Company information

Important: It should be noted that Bidders should have no ongoing litigation with SONATRACH S.P.A, Repsol Exploración Argelia and S.A., Wintershall Dea Algeria GmbH, either alone or as part of a partnership. This condition must also be fulfilled by its parent company and its subsidiaries.

This is a one phase Call for Bids. Bidders are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the Call for Bids package.

The closing date for the withdrawal of the tender documents is fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM before 04:00 PM.

Any submission received after 04:00 pm (Algeria local time) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void.

All costs incurred or associated with the preparation of tenders shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder.

Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of the Bids.
