NOTICE OF CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION

N°01/SH/E-P/PED/2025

SONATRACH Company, Petroleum Engineering and Development Division is launching a Notice of call for International Pre-qualification to select candidates in order to establish a shortlist of potential and eligible candidates for:

Interested candidates are informed that the services required by SONATRACH are divided into two (02) areas of expertise organized into lots:

Lot 01 : Integrated studies of conventional and unconventional reservoirs

Lot 02 : Laboratory studies and analysis

The international candidates should withdraw the pre-qualification package at the following address:

International Candidates interested by the present notice should express their interest and submit their applications within Twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

The Application File will only be submitted to the sole representative duly appointed by the Candidate wishing to participate in this International Pre-qualification Notice. The mandate must contain the detailed contact details of the Candidate (professional email, fax and phone number).

Candidates appearing on the Blacklist of Companies excluded from participation in this prequalification file, in the Energy and Mining Sector, may not withdraw this Dossier.

Candidates can submits a bid for one (01) or two (02) lots, with a single deadline for all submissions, but each bid must be in a separate envelope and clearly labeled by lot.

Pre-qualification application documents must be submitted in double-sealed envelopes, with two original copies and a digital copy for each lot, and must be sent via postal mail or delivered in person.

The outer envelope must be anonymous and, in addition to the address above, must include the following statement :

Only the inner envelopes shall indicate the title and number of each lot, the acronym, the company name , and the applicant’s address, to enable SONATRACH/PED Division to return the sealed envelope unopened if it is deemed « late »

only the stamp of "the deposit office of the envelopes" affixed to the envelope shall be deemed authentic.

The final date for the submission of pre-qualification dossiers shall be Thirty (30) calendar days at 3:00 PM, counted from the date od publications of this notice in the BAOSEM.

In the event that the closing date coincides with a public holiday and/or a legal rest day, the envelopes will be deposited on the following working day.

Applications failing to satisfy the qualification criteria shall be rejected. Disqualified Applicants shall be formally notifed in writing.

At the end of the evaluation of the application files, the list of pre-qualified international candidates is published in the BAOSEM bulletin

N.B: SONATRACH Company reserves the right to cancel this pre-qualification notice at any stage of the process for reasons of which it remains the sole judge.
