NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER N°9245-CDM-00-ZA-25

Groupement Sonatrach-Eni, a joint venture consisting of Sonatrach and Eni Algeria Production B.V., governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993 and operating in blocks 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in blocks 401a 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-SFNE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender for the following services:

Slickline services “on call" during drilling and workover operations in two lots

Only companies specialized in the field are invited to apply.

The single stage tendering mode applies to the present invitation to tender.

For this Invitation To Tender, the technical offer, with no reference prices, and the commercial offer must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in a third external envelope. The external envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes must be anonymous.

Companies interested are invited to withdraw the Tender Package no later than Twenty-one (21) days before 18h00 (Algerian Time) following the date of publication of this tender notice in the BAOSEM.

The Closing Date for offers submission is fixed to Thirty (30) days before 18h00 following the date of publication of this tender notice in the BAOSEM (the publication date is included).

Any Bid received after the day of the Closing Date shall be automatically rejected and considered null and void.

Bidders shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of a hundred and eighty (180) days after the Closing Date for offers submission.

All cost and expenses related to Tender preparation and/or additional documentation that may be requested in this respect by Groupement Sonatrach-Eni during the evaluation phase shall be borne by the Bidder.

Bids opening and evaluation shall be carried out by a dedicated internal tender committee without the presence of the tenderers.

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns only the tenderers possessing or responding to the following conditions :

- Having a minimum experience of five (05) years in the field of “Slickline services”

- Professional references for similar projects, justified by client’s attestations
