NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 01/ORGM SPA/2026

The Public Economic Enterprise EPE ORGM Spa hereby issues a re-invitation for Open National and International Tender N° 01/2026 relating to: The supply and delivery of plastic drilling core boxes equipped with lids.

This invitation to tender is exclusively addressed to specialized suppliers or manufacturers operating in the production and commercialization of drilling core boxes.

1. Withdrawal of Tender Dossiers

Interested Bidders may withdraw the Tender Dossier (Cahier des Charges) upon presentation of a formal request at the following address: EPE ORGM SPA/Commercial and Procurement Department Cité Ibn Khaldoun – BP.102 Boumerdès 35000, Algeria.

The Tender Dossier is available for collection following the publication of this notice in the BOMOP, BAOSEM, Electronic Press, and two (02) national daily newspapers. The withdrawal is subject to the payment of a non-refundable fee amounting to:

• Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000 DZD): To BNA Account No. 001 006450300300133/53 (Boumerdès Branch) for domestic companies.
• One Hundred Euros (100 EUR): To BNA Foreign Currency Account No. 001 006400310000070/07 (Bordj El Kiffan Branch) for foreign entities.

The dossier may be transmitted electronically upon receipt of the confirmed bank transfer advice for the specified amount.

2. Submission of Tenders

Technical and Financial tenders must be submitted to the aforementioned address no later than February 16, 2026, at 12:30 PM (Local Time). Tenders must be submitted in a double-sealed, anonymous envelope. The outer envelope must bear no markings or identification of the Bidder other than the following mandatory inscription, under penalty of rejection:

OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 01/EPE ORGM SPA/2026 "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PLASTIC DRILLING CORE BOXES WITH LIDS" "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE TENDER OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE (COPEO)"

The main envelope must contain two (02) separate internal envelopes: one marked "Technical Offer" and the second marked "Financial Offer," both of which must clearly state the Bidder's corporate name and registered address.

Note: Any tender received after the deadline of February 16, 2026, at 12:30 PM, shall be strictly rejected.

3. Opening of Tenders and Validity

Opening Session: The public opening of technical and financial envelopes will take place in the presence of the Bidders or their duly authorized representatives on February 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Company’s headquarters.

Tender Validity: Bidders shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days effective from the date of the tender opening session.
