Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of an Anti-Overflow Level Detection System for Western Region RTO storage bins: Departure Terminal NZ1 SP4, Arrival Terminal NZ1 ARZEW, and Arrival Terminal OZ1/2

On October 12^th 2025 utmost, by any interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of a copy of the trade register and the payment voucher of a sum of 10.000.00 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers, by bank transfer into SONATRACH account N°002 000 81 08 122 000 80/14 or 70.00 € concerning foreign ones, by bank transfer into BEA account, Agency Djenane El Malik Hydra Algiers, N° 00 2000 05050 3264 12459.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the tender documents (Bank Advice/Cash Payment Slip) must be made out in the name of the tenderer.

The tender mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In the present invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any price indication and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separated envelopes in the same envelope to the following address:

Technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 500,000.00 DZD) for Algerian tenderer, issued by a bank approved by the Bank of Algeria, or Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Euros (9,836 Euros) issued by an Algerian bank counter-guaranteed by a first-rate foreign bank. which validity period is equal to the offers’ validity period, i.e., One Hundred And Eighty (180) days, plus an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days as of the date of the technical offers’ opening.

If the last day of the offers’ submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the date will be extended to the next business day.

It is possible to the tenderer to deposit the original submission bail on the day of the technical offers’ opening.

The offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who so wish at the opening session to be held at the Former Bethioua RTO-Béthioua Base on November 20^th 2025. at 10:00 a.m.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend, or their duly authorized representatives, at the financial offer opening session to be held on the date, time, and address indicated in the invitation.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days as of the date of opening of the technical offers.
