Wood Group Somias SpA- ANNABA, as an Industrial Maintenance company, issues NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER regarding:

SUPPLY OF A 40’ MOBILE WORKSHOP CONTAINER FOR CALIBRATION OF VALVES

Tenderers interested in this notice are invited to request the Specifications by e-mail at the following address: cme@wgsomias.com, or collect it from the Company's Contracts' Commission, located at Route des salines-El Bouni BP N°67 –Annaba. against presentation of a certified copy of an extract from their registration in the electronic Trade Register or send us the Trade Register as well as the company's contact details by e-mail to the following addresses:

The single-stage submission method applies to this invitation to tender.

concerning this Invitation to tender, technical offers, without price indication, and commercial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single outer envelope.

The outer envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes, must be anonymous.

The deadline for withdrawing tender documents is Twenty-One(21) days at 4:00 p.m. Algerian local time GMT+1 after the publication date of this notice in BAOSEM.

The deadline for receipt of offers is thirty (30) days at 4:00 p.m. Algerian local time GMT+1, from the publication date of this invitation to tender in BAOSEM (inclusive of the date of publication in BAOSEM).

Any offer received after the deadline will be considered null and void.

tenderers will remain engaged to their offers for a period of (120) days as of the deadline for receipt of offers, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

All costs incurred in preparing the bid file and/or the costs of any additional documents that may be requested in this context by Wood Group Somias SpA during the evaluation shall remain the sole responsibility of the tenderer.

The examination and evaluation of offers will be conducted by an internal Wood Group Somias SpA procurement committee without the tenderers being present.

The offer must include the exhibits and documents required in the specifications relating to the Technical and Financial Files.

The two separate envelopes, the technical and financial sections, must be sent in a sealed, strictly anonymous envelope, duly closed, to the following address:
