GCB Company- Water Treatment Directorate, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:

SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES

BATCH 1: DUPONT TYPE MEMBRANES

BATCH 2: FILTER CARTRIDGES AND ACCESSORIES

BATCH 3: PRESSURE PIPE FITTINGS

For the project: CAP BLANC ORAN DESALINATION PLANT

The tender documents can be withdrawn from GCB, Water Treatment Directorate, located at Lot 02, HAY COMMUNAL DAR EL BEIDA, ALGER Province, or by email: juridique.dwt@gmail.com/jur.dwt@gcb.dz, upon publication of this notice in BAOSEM, upon presentation of proof of payment of the following amount:

For local tenderers :

Five Thousand (5,000) Algerian Dinars, non-refundable (payable to GCB DTE), to the following bank account:

RIB No. 002 00111 1112200294 53, BEA Boumerdes Branch 111, located at Block A, OUED TATAREG, BOUMERDES.

For foreign tenderers :

Fifty Euros (50.00 Euros), non-refundable (payable to GCB DTE), to the following bank account:

IBAN No. 002 00082 821 200 001192, BEA Rouïba Branch, located at Route de AIN TAYA, ROUIBA.

Companies excluded from the GCB and Sonatrach Group procurement processes are not eligible to participate in this tender.

The tender process will be conducted in a single stage, with simultaneous submission of the technical and financial offers.

Only tenderers whose technical offers comply with the requirements of the tender documents will be invited to the financial offer opening.

The technical offer must not, under any circumstances, contain any reference to prices.

The contract will be awarded to the tendereer submitting the lowest price offer. The technical and financial proposals, constituting the tender submission, must be placed in separate sealed inner envelopes, one for each batch, and then placed inside a single, sealed, unmarked outer envelope bearing the following information:

Offers must be submitted exclusively to the following address: lot 02 HAY COMMUNAL DAR EL BEIDA W. Alger (Algérie)

The deadline for obtaining, preparing, and submitting offers is thirty (30) days as of  the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM

The final date and time for offers’ submission (technical and financial offers) is the last day of the offer preparation period.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or a statutory day off, the offer preparation period will be extended to the following working day.

The date and time of the offer opening (for the technical offers) will be public and will take place at the Headquarters of the Boumerdès Regional Directorate, in the presence of the tenderers, who will be notified accordingly.

Technical offers must be accompanied by a submission bail in the amount of

4 000 000.00 DA for batch No. 01;

3 000 000.00 DA for batch No. 02;

And 400 000.00 DA for batch No. 03.

This is equivalent to

28 600.00 USD/EUR for batch No. 01;

21 500.00 USD/EUR for batch No. 02;

And 2 900.00 USD/EUR for batch No. 03.

Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, with an additional extension of Thirty (30) days as of the date of the technical offers’ opening.
