NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER TO COMPETITION
N° GL1Z/09/A/2020/INV

1.The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction And Separation Activity, GNL & GPL DIVISION, Complex GL1Z BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA issues a open National and International invitation to tender for: «The supply of Parts of various valves to butterflies, spare parts and accesories for the GL1Z Complex» in two (02) separate lots

Lot N° 01: Various butterfly valves 72', 36' and 30' for seawater.

Lot N° 02: A variety of spare parts and accessories are used for boilers.

2.The tender documents can be withdrawn to the following address:

at the latest sixty (60) days as from the publication of this opinion by any interested candidate, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of:
•Two thousand four hundreds Algerian Dinars (2400 DZD) for the local tenderers. and of,
•Twenty for Euros (24 €) for the foreign tenderers.

The payment on behalf of the company (Corporation) wishing to withdraw this specification

and not on behalf of the person who will conduct the transaction to the bank's level.will be carried out by transfer with the bank account of complex GL1Z N°00200070700416017825, SWIFT: BEXADZALX 070,opened near the bank external of Algeria at Marsa n°11, Street Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran).
3.The mode of tender in a one stage is applied to the present Invitation to tender.
4.The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold, to the following address:

At the latest sixty (60) days as from the publication on BAOSEM at 4:00p.m.

The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of as follows

Lot N°01:

•One million three hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (1,300,000.00 DA) for local bidders.
•Eight thousand five hundred Euros (8,500.00 euros) for foreign bidders.

of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred and eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of thirty (30) days calendar

Lot N°02:

•Two hundred fifty thousand Algerian Dinars (250,000.00 DA) for local bidders.
•One thousand five hundred Euros (1,500.00 euros) for foreign bidders.

of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred and eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of thirty (30) days calendar

5.The folds containing the technical offers will be open in presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it at the meeting of opening which will take place at GL1Z Complex, BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA, in the days which follow the closing date of this invitation to tender.

6.The folds containing the financial offers will be open and examined in presence of the tenderers who wish to attend there or of their representatives designated at the time of the session of opening and exam of the financial offers that will take place at the date and hour and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be addressed to the only tenderers of which the technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the file of the invitation to tender.

7.The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for one hundred eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from the handover date of the technical offers.

8.The tenderers wishing to withdraw the schedule of conditions must provide their representative with a legalized copy of the register trades with one power of attorney (Legal representative) and theseal of their company to the effect of the withdrawal the schedule of conditions.

9.Societies must address a demand of invitation forty-eight (48) hours before the displacement of their loaded representative of the shrinking, for formalities of access use to the level of the industrial zone.

10.Also, the company wanting to withdraw the tender by email way can do the shrinking by email while transmitting a copy of the trade register and the order of transfer to the following addresses: GL1Z.PUDC3@sonatrach.dz, GL1Z.PMA@sonatrach.dz.
