RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL REQUEST FOR TENDER

No. RFQ 3036530-23

GROUPEMENT BERKINE, governed by legislative decree 93-08 of 25th April 1993, issues a Restricted National and International request for tenders for the provision of the following:

Torsion and tension flange tightening services including flange tightening management at HBNS & ELM

Tenderers interested by the present request for tender are invited to request a copy of the tender package from the Department Contrats, by sending a request supported by company trade licence to the following email address:

Tenderers must, transmit their technical and commercial bids at the same time, each one in a separate envelope. The two envelopes must be put in a double sealed envelope strictly anonymous as detailed in the RFQ document.

Technical bids must not refer to prices, otherwise they will be rejected.

Bid reception deadline is set to Forty Five (45) days with effect from the first publication date of this request for tenders in the BAOSEM.

Any tender received after the deadline will be regarded as null and void.

Tenders must remain open for acceptance for a period of 180 days with effect from the tender close date.

Important Note:

The bidder should have trade licence in accordance with request for tender object

- The bidders must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with justification in TORSION AND TENSION FLANGE TIGHTENING

- The bidder must provide at least three certificates of good performance during the last five years for the same service.

- For Foreign Companies: Only foreign companies that are established in Algeria are allowed to participate in this tender (common law).

- The bidders must not list in the black list of SONATRACH, Occidental, ENI Oil (Algérie) Limited, Total E&P Algérie and Groupement BERKINE.

- In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but without being limited to, Association, Groupement, partnership, common shareholders,), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.

- All costs associated with preparation of the Tender will be for the account of the Tenderer.

- The Bid opening and tender evaluation shall be performed by an internal Commission of Groupement BERKINE without the presence of bidders.
