SONATRACH - ORGANISATION OURHOUD, an association between the companies Sonatrach, Cepsa Algerie S.L , Occidental of Algeria Company LLC,, Eni Oil Algeria Limited, TOTAL E&P Algérie Berkine A/S, Pertamina Algeria EP et REPSOL 405A, issues a competitive restricted national and international call for tender for:

The Upgrade Work on Fire and Gas Detection Systems (FAT KIDDE), linked CO2 Extinguishing Systems (FENWAL) and the LCP panels of SILVANI'CS300' Powder SKIDS at CPF & IB Level

IMPORTANT: This notice concerns the companies specialized in the business of Supply and Commissioning of Fire & Gas Detection Systems and C02 and Powder Extinguishing Systems

The companies interested in the present call for tender may withdraw the Enquiry package from the Procurement and Contract Department at the address below; against presentation of a copy of the company extract from the trade register with nomenclature corresponding to the subject of this tender.

At the first stage, bidders must hand in only the technical bid, together with the relevant administrative documents as required in the specifications, under sealed, with no other note than following:

SOUMISSION TECHNIQUE

The deadline for submission of the technical bids is forty-five (45) days from the publication of the present announcement in the BAOSEM, the date of publication being included in this period. In a second step, the successful bidders, and only these, will be notified by Sonatrach -Ourhoud organization and invited to submit their commercial bid.

All tenders received by the secretariat of the Directeur General of Sonatrach - Organisation Ourhoud after 6.00 p.m. on the closing date will be considered null and void.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: No pricing information should be included in the technical offer, otherwise they will be rejected, these offers must be together with the relevant administrative documents as required in the specifications.

The bid documents may not be restored.

All costs associated with the preparation of the tender will be for the account of the tenderer.

The bid file receipt, concerning the present invitation to tender, may not, in any case, commit Sonatrach - Organisation Ourhoud to register the company bidder in its approved suppliers list and all the more so to award it the contract relating to the services subject of the present notice.
