تعلن الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء «ه م ب/ ش ذ أ «، المديرية الجهوية الوسط الكائن مقرها ب طريق قورصو، ص ب 219 بودواو، بومرداس عن تأهيل وطني مسبق مفتوح مقسم إلى سبعة عشر (17) حصة على النحو التالي:

يمكن سحب دفتر الشروط من مقر المديرية الجهوية الوسط، طريق قورصو ص ب 219 بودواو بومرداس في أجل أقصاه واحد و عشرون (21) يوم ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة و المناجم البوسام (BAOSEM)، على كل المترشحين المهتمين دفع مبلغ غير قابل للاسترداد بقيمة 2000.00دج (ألفي دينار جزائري) (البريد الالكتروني إجباري عند سحب دفتر الشروط).
يودع مقابل الدفع باسم المترشح (المؤسسة) عن طريق التحويل البنكي لبنك الجزائري الخارجي/ وكالة بومرداس 2 مبنى أ واد طاطاريق بومرداس، رقم الحساب البنكي 30/43 0011111122000 002.
نظام الترشح يكون على مرحلة واحدة طبقا لهذه المناقصة.
يجب على المترشحين إرسال ملفاتهم، بما فيذلك الوثائق المدرجة في دفتر الشروط للعنوان التالي: مقر المديرية الجهوية الوسط، طريق قورصو ص ب 219 بودواو بومرداس
وذلك في أجل أقصاه واحد وعشرون (21) يوم ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان في (BAOSEM).
إذا تزامن التاريخ المحدد لإيداع العروض مع عطلة رسمية أو يوم راحة قانونية، يتم تمديد إيداع العروض إلى يوم العمل الموالي.
سيتم فتح العروض من طرف لجنة مختصة دون حضور المترشحين لمقر المديرية الجهوية الوسط، طريق قورصو ص ب 219 بودواو بومرداس.
