1( تعلن الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز "امتياز التوزيع تيبازة شارع واد مرزوق تيبازۃ عن التأهيل التقني المسبق للمؤسسات (مجال الشؤون العامة ) لتقديم الخدمات الاتية
الحصة01 : شراء أثاث المكاتب
الحصة 02 : اللوازم المكتبية خدمات النسخ والطباعة وطباعة المخططات
الحصة 03 : مستهلكات أدوات الإعلام الآلي
الحصة 04 : صيانة و تصليح معدات الإعلام الآلي . كمرات المراقبة و الاتصال مع توقير قطاع الغيار
الحصة 05 : صيانة قارورات المطفآت . وشبكة إنذار الحرائق مع توفير قطاع الغيار
الحصة 06 : شراء المعدات المستعملة في شبكة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز
الحصة 07 : شراء لوازم الخردوات
الحصة 08 : شراء . صيانة. تصليح المبردات و المدفئات مع توفير قطاع الغيار
الحصة 09 : أشغال كل هياكل الدولة (إعادة تهيئة. بناء. ترصيص . طلاء.......)

2(يمكن للمترشحين المعنيين بهذا الاعلان، التقدم لسحب دفتر الشروط من مقر امتياز التوزيع تيبازة ، مقابل تقديم وصل بدفع البنكي بقيمة 5000.00 دج (آلاف دينار جزائري) غير قابل للاسترجاع في الحساب البنكي BNA رقم 001004380300300699 72. لدى الوكالة التجارية تيبازة
3( يمكن للمؤسسات المهتمة الحصول على المعلومات بخصوص هذا الاعلان في مكاتب قسم الشؤون العامة في مديرية توزيع تيبازة
4( تدعو الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز امتياز توزيع تيبازة ، بموجب هذا الاعلان ، المؤسسات المهتمة لقديم عروضهم التقنية فقط في ظرف مغلق " بدون تحديد السعر ".
5( يجب تقديم العروض التقنية ، اثناء جلسة محددة في ظرف مغلق و مجهول ، مرفقة بكافة الوثائق الإدارية و الضريبية, المحددة في المادة7 من دفتر الشروط
يجب أن يكون الغلاف الخارجي المجهول ويحمل فقط عبارة:

6(حدد موعد تقديم العروض التقنية
يوم …14-01-2020 ..........… على الساعة.. 09.00..
سيتم فتح الاضرفة التقنية علنا من قبل لجنة فتح الاضرفة التقييم ومنح العروضCOPEO في نفس اليوم في مقر امتياز التوزيع تيبازة شارع واد مرزوق تيبازة، المؤسسات أو ممثليهم (المخولين) مدعوون لحضور جلسة فتح الاظرفة.
7 -بعد تقييم العروض التقنية المتعهدون المقبولون مدعوين في مرحلة ثانية لتقديم العروض المالية.
- يبقي المتعهد ين المقبولين ملزمون بعروضهم التقنية طيلة الفترة -2020-2021-2022 يوما اعتبارا من تاريخ فتح الأظرفة.
- 9يبقى المتعهدون ملزمون بعروضهم خلال 120 مائة وعشرون يوما ابتداء من تاريخ افتتاح العروض التقنية.
