National and International Open Invitation to Tender in a Single Step

The Company FERTIAL Spa, Manufacturer of Fertilizers, issues a national and international competitive invitation to tender, regarding:

A study of the reinforcement of the buildings against industrial risks (explosion, fire and toxic effect. A compliance in fire-proof and blast-proof with a pressurization system against the infiltration of toxic gas).

Summary description of the project:

The project consists of the study of the reinforcement of three control rooms of the production platforms, ammonia and nitric/nitrate by a compliance in fire-proof and blast-proof (protection against explosion) including the HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) equipped with a safety gas detection ensuring a pressurization in case of external leakage of toxic gases and the reinforcement by a compliance blast-proof (protection against explosion) for the laboratory, a set of offices and a checkroom.

Noting that the control rooms are equipped with a master room, a checkroom, offices, an electrical station, a technical cellar and a system cabinet room.

The tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender must send by email, at the address mentioned above:

• A digital copy of the payment voucher with a non-refundable amount of 5.000 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and 30 €/ $ for the foreign ones, deposited consecutively in the following bank accounts:

• The number of the invitation to tender must be mentioned in the mail object;

As soon as the bank voucher is checked, FERTIAL Spa shall send in return to the concerned tenderer, by email, the specifications.

The submission in a single step must include the documents that are required in the specifications, divided into 02 parts:

1. Technical file;
2. Financial file

A list of the documents to be supplied in the technical and financial fines is indicated in the specifications.

The technical and financial offers contained in 02 distinct folds, must be put in one-fold, sealed and anonymous and deposited in the following address:

The offers’ submission deadlines is fixed in 30 days as of the date of the first publications of this invitation to tender in the Baosem.

All the offers presented after the offers’ submission shall be rejected by FERTIAL Spa.

The tenderers submitting their offers shall be contacted individually after the offers’ opening session.

NB: FERTIAL keeps the right to cancel this invitation to tender at any moment of the procedure step, for the reasons that FERTIAL Spa keeps the only judge.
