اعلان عن تمديد اجال إشعار الدعوة للتعبير عن الاهتمام الوطني رقم:
N°02/GCB/DCP/ST/TECH/CJUR/2025
(E.N.G.C.B.D.C.P) تطلق المؤسسة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية و البناء مديرية البناء الجاهز بالصلب الكائن مقرها ب: صندوق بريد رقم 67 المنطقة الصناعية حاسي الرمل ولاية الأغواط، إشعارًا بالتعبير عن الاهتمام الوطني بهدف إنشاء قائمة مختصرة للشركات والمؤسسات الخاصة بالإنجاز، مقسمة إلى 17 حصة كالتالي
- Lot 1 : Travaux de génie-civil, bâtiments en TCE (tout corps d’état)
- Lot 2 : Travaux publics et terrassements
- Lot 3 : Travaux hydrauliques
- Lot 4 : Travaux de revêtement des façades
- Lot 5 : Travaux de climatisation centrale et froid
- Lot 6 : Travaux d’étanchéité
- Lot 7 : Travaux d’aménagement des espaces verts
- Lot 8 : Travaux des voiries et réseaux divers VRD (assainissement, AEP, arrosage, anti-incendie, etc.)
- Lot 9 : Travaux de menuiserie et vitrerie (boiserie, pvc, aluminium, murs rideaux, inox, et autres…)
- Lot 10 : Travaux de ferronnerie (Gard de corps, portails métalliques, rideaux métalliques, et autres…)
- Lot 11 : Travaux d’électricité (courant faible & fort)
- Lot 12 : Fourniture & mise en service des systèmes de surveillance et contrôle d’accès
- Lot 13 : Travaux de plomberie et chauffage
- Lot 14 : Travaux de piscine et ses annexes
- Lot 15 : Travaux de terrain de sport et terrain polyvalent et équipements des espaces de loisirs.
- Lot 16 : Travaux de peinture, décoration, sculpture et divers revêtements (murs, sols, plafonds et façades…).
- Lot 17 : Travaux Charpente métallique
سيتم طلب ملفات إضافية أثناء تقييم الطلبات (إن وجد نقص في ملفات المشاركين).
يجب تقديم ملف الطلب من نسخة واحدة (01) أصلية (ورقية) ونسخة واحدة (رقمية) توضع في ظرف مختوم يحتوي على المستندات المذكورة والتي تحمل عبارة "ملف الطلب" الحصة رقم….."
ويوضع هذا الظرف في ظرف خارجي، مجهول الهوية أيضاً، ومختوم، ويحمل المعلومات التالية:

يجب إرسال الطلبات بالبريد أو إيداعها لدى مكتب الشؤون القانونية الموجود على العنوان المذكور أعلاه قبل الساعة 16:30 مساءً.
تم تمديد الموعد النهائي لتقديم ملفات الطلب بسبعة 07 ايام
إذا تزامن الموعد النهائي لتقديم ملفات الطلب مع عطلة رسمية أو يوم راحة قانوني، يتم تمديد تقديم الطلبات إلى يوم العمل التالي.
في حالة تمديد المواعيد النهائية، سيتم نشر ذلك على (الباوسم).

سيتم فتح ملفات الطلبات وتقييمها من قبل لجنة مخصصة دون حضور المرشحين.
سيتم إدراج المرشحين الذين استوفوا معايير هذا الإشعار في القائمة المختصرة لمدة خمسة 05 سنوات من تاريخ نشر النتائج في (الباوسم) GCB/DCP وسيتم دعوتهم للمشاركة في المشاورات التي تطلقها المؤسسة،
سيتم تحديث قائمة المرشحين المختارين سنويًا من خلال دعوة للتعبير عن الاهتمام بهدف تحديث القائمة، والتي لا يمكن أن تتجاوز فترة صلاحيتها فترة صلاحية التأهيل المسبق الأولي.
سيتم إبلاغ المرشحين غير الناجحين كتابيًا.
سيتم نشر نتيجة هذه الدعوة للتعبير عن الاهتمام في (الباوسم)
ملاحظة:
- الشركة المسجلة في قائمة الشركات التي تم استبعادها من عملية منح العقد (جي سي بي) أو سوناطراك لن تكون مخولة بتقديم ملف الطلب ولن تكون قادرة على تقديم مناقصة أو الحصول على عقد خلال كامل فترة استبعادها.
- يمكن للمرشحين تقديم طلباتهم لحصة واحدة أو لعدة حصص، وستكون كل حصة موضوعًا لملف منفصل في ظرف داخلي مع رقم وعنوان الحصة المشارك فيها
يحتفظ (جي سي بي) بالحق في إنهاء عملية هذا الاستئناف في أي وقت لأسباب يظل هو القاضي الوحيد فيها.
