طبقا لإحكام المادة رقم 65 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16 المتعلق بتنظيم الصفقات العمومية، و
المادة 46 من القانون 23-12 المؤرخ في 2023/08/05 والذي يحدد القواعد العامة المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية يعلن ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري
لولاية الدعامة كافة المتعهدين المشاركين في طلب العروض المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا تحت رقم 2025/02 والصادر بالجرائد الوطنية:
• الاهداف " بتاريخ 2025/01/22 و" La Concorde" بتاريخ 2025/01/26 من اجل المام الجاز وتهيئة 26/ 600 مسكن عمومي إيجاري
شبه جماعي صنف F3 يعبلة ولاية التعامة للبرنامج التكميلي لسنة 2022 على النحو التالي:
الحصة رقم 01: اتمام انجاز 26 مسكن عمومي إيجاري + انجاز اشغال التهيئة ومختلف الشبكات ( أشغال قنوات مياه الصرف الصحي و
قنوات المياه الصالحة للشرب +إنارة عمومية + التهيئة الخارجية + المساحات الخضراء ومساحات اللعب ) لــ 26 مسكن بعسلة.
أن عملية تقييم العروض تمت وفقا للمعايير المبينة في دفتر الأعباء وأسفرت عن النتائج التالية:

طبقا لأحكام المادة 82 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16
المتعلق بتنظيم الصفقات العمومية والمادة 56 من القانون 23-12 المؤرخ في
2023/08/05 والذي يحدد القواعد العامة المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية. ندعو
المتعهدين الراغبين في الاطلاع على النتائج المفصلة لتقييم العروض وذلك بالاتصال
بمصالحنا في أجل أقصاه ثلاثة (03) أيام ابتداءا من اليوم الأول للإعلان عن المنح المؤقت
في الجرائد اليومية وBOMOP. باستطاعة المتعهدين المعارضين تقديم الطعون لدى
لجنة الطعون المختصة وذلك في ظرف عشرة 10 أيام ابتداءا من تاريخ أول صدور لهذا
الإعلان في الجرائد اليومية BOMOPg.
