ADDENDUM

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° RA1K/TL/010/2025

Acquisition and commissioning of petroleum product analyzers in five (05) separate Batches  :

Batch  01: Acquisition of devices for determining the viscosity of petroleum products according to ASTM D 445 and ASTM D 7042 standards.

Batch  02: Acquisition of Petroleum Product Distillers in accordance with ASTM D 86 and ASTM D850 standards.

Batch  03: Acquisition of an RGA gas chromatograph (GC) in accordance with ASTM D2163 UOP 539 standards.

Batch  04: Acquisition of REID Vapor Pressure Determination Instruments for Petroleum Products.

Batch  05: Acquisition of Salinometers for monitoring salts in crude oil in accordance with ASTM D3230 standard.

Sonatrach, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Refinery of Skikda/RA1K, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° RA1K/TL/010/2025, regarding:

Acquisition and commissioning of petroleum product analyzers in five (05) separate Batches  :

Published in the Baosem n° 2372 of April 13th ,2025, that an n addendum has been introduced to the tender documents.

The addendum in question consists of the deletion of Item 21 "Helium Generator" from batch No. 03.

All tenderers having withdrawn the tender documents have been informed of this modification by fax/email.
