NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

- TWO STAGES-

N° 04/2025/SH/LQS/RIZ/TEC

The National Company for Research, Production, Transport, Transformation and Marketing of Hydrocarbons, Joint Stock Company, “SONATRACH Spa”, the Regional Directorate Industrial Zone of Arzew (RIZ), issues a national and international open invitation to tender, in two steps regarding:

Acquisition and installation of a fixed x-ray scanner

In addition to the acquisition of a fixed X-ray scanner and a batch of spare parts, this invitation to tenders also concerns the following services:

Installation

Commissioning of a fixed x-ray scanner;

Monitoring and reception of the necessary development for the fixed X-ray scanner, at the P2 access station of the Arzew industrial zone;

Training of Customer personnel

The tender package may be withdrawn at: RIZ Head O ce, or requested via email: RIZ_JUR_Consultations@sonatrach.dz, on the 30^th day utmost at 3:00 p.m., from the date of publication of the invitation to Tender in the B.A.O.S.E.M, by any interested candidate with the appropriate activity for the purpose of the tender, against payment of a non-refundable amount of 5000 DZD for Algerian tenderers and 50 euros for foreign ones. Payment will be made by transfer or payment to bank account No. 00 2000 7007 02 200 121 39 opened with the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie BEA, Agence 70, Arzew.

Proof of transfers or payments relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (Bank voucher/Cash payment slip) must be established in the name of the tenderer.

Presentation of the trade register relating to the activity concerned is essential for withdrawal of the DAO.

The tender mode in two stages applies to the present invitation to tender.

Under the rst stage of this invitation to Tender, technical offers without any indication of price must be submitted in envelopes, to the address of the RIZ located at BP No. 01 Arzew city – Oran- Algeria on 45^th day utmost at 3:00 p.m., as of the date of publication of the Tender Notice in the B.A.O.S.E.M.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The technical tenders are assorted by a submission bail of 4 256 000,00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and 30 329 Euros for foreign ones, this guarantee comes into force from the deadline for submission of offers and remains valid until signature of the Contract, assorted by an additional time of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing technical offers under the rst stage will be opened in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who would like to attend, at the opening session of the technical offers which will take place at the RIZ BP N°01 Arzew city – Oran Algeria.

The bid guarantee can be handed by interested candidates on the day of opening of technical offers.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the technical tenders’ submission date.

Tenderers whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a nancial offer.

The envelopes containing nancial offers shall be opened in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who would like to attend at the opening session of the nancial offers which will take place at RIZ BP N°01 Arzew ville - Oran- Algeria.
