The National Company for the Research, Production, Transport, Processing, and Marketing of Hydrocarbons, Public Limited Company, called « SONATRACH Spa », the Regional Directorate of the Industrial Zone of Arzew (RIZ), is launching a National and International Open Tender, in a single stage, for the :

Acquisition and installation of an X-ray scanner

This concerns the supply, installation, and commissioning of a mobile X-ray scanner at the P2 access post of the Arzew industrial zone, as well as the acquisition of a set of spare parts, training of the Client's personnel, and the documentation.
The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the headquarters of RIZ or requested via email at: RIZ_JUR_Consultations@sonatrach.dz, no later than the thirtieth (30th) day from the date of publication of the Tender Notice in the B.A.O.S.E.M, by any interested candidate with the appropriate activity related to the subject of the tender, against payment of a non-refundable amount of five thousand dinars (5,000 DZD) for Algerian bidders and fifty euros (50 Euros) for foreign bidders. Payment shall be made by bank transfer or deposit to bank account No. 00 2000 7007 02 200 121 39 opened with the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA), Agency 70, Arzew.
Payment or transfer receipts related to the collection of the Tender Dossier (Bank notices/cash déposit slip) must be issued in the name of the Bidder.

If the last day of the deadline for withdrawing the Tender Dossier of bids coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.
The single-stage submission method applies to this Tender.

Under this Call for Tenders, technical bids (without any price indication) and financial bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes contained within a single envelope marked "do not open," to the address of the RIZ headquarters located inside the Arzew Industrial Zone – Oran, Algeria, no later than the forty-fifth (45th) day at 3:00 PM from the date of publication of the Call for Tender Notice in the B.A.O.S.E.M.
Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Four Million Two Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Algerian Dinars (4.256.000,00 DZD) for Algerian bidders, and an amount of Twenty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Euros (27.984,00 €) for foreign bidders. This guarantee becomes effective from the bid submission deadline and remains valid until the signing of the contract, with an additional period of thirty (30) days.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of bids coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.
The envelopes containing the technical bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who wish to attend, at the technical bid opening session which will take place no later than the Seventh (07th) day from the deadline for submission of bids, at the RIZ headquarters located in Arzew Industrial Zone. Bidders will be informed of the exact date and time of the opening.
The bid guarantee may be submitted by interested candidates on the day of opening of the technical bid envelopes.
 Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of technical bids.

The Contracting Entity may request, during the evaluation, that bidders extend the validity period of their bids.
The envelopes containing financial bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder(s) representatives who wish to attend, at the financial bid opening session, which will take place at the RIZ headquarters. An invitation will be sent to bidders, but only to those whose technical bids are declared compliant with the requirements of the Bidding Documents.
