Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N°16/A/GL3Z/2024, relatif à :

Acquisition d’un lot d’huiles et graisses pour le Complexe GL3Z

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2236 du 07/03/2024 qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le contrat a été attribué au soumissionnaire classé moins disant, à savoir :

IGET INDUSTRY pour un montant de : Cinquante et Un Mille Cent Soixante-douze Euro et Quatre-Vingt Centimes (51 172.80 €).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix de la Structure Contractante peuvent introduire un recours auprès de cette dernière dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis au BAOSEM.

It is brought to the attention of all bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders N°16/A/GL3Z/2024, relating to:

Acquisition of a batch of oils and greases for the GL3Z Complex

Published in BAOSEM N° 2236 of 07/03/2024 that at the end of the opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the contract was awarded to the bidder ranked below, namely:

IGET INDUSTRY for an amount of: Fifty-one Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-two Euro and Eighty Cents (51,172.80€).

Bidders who contest the choice of the Contracting Structure may lodge an appeal with the latter within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
