OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
Nº 339 2025/DE1

The Ministry for National Defense launches an open national and international invitation to tender for. Acquisition
of a set of motorized inflatable rafts, of twelve (12) seats and outboard motors, composed of:

\- Lot n°01: Thirty (30) inflatable rafts of twelve (12) seats, each equipped with an outboard motor 50 CV;

\- Lot nº02: Fifteen (15) outboard motors 30 CV.

The companies interested by this invitation to tender can present at the following address:

Administration office of specifications
Tagarins - Algiers

To withdraw the schedules of conditions, against payment of the sum of Five thousand Algerian Dinars
(5.000,00 AD), for the Algerian's right companies and the equivalent in currencies for the foreign companies, at the
account nº201.007.07.10 (RIB 008970011299997001-65), titled ( diverse products from the state budget) open
with the Central Treasury of Algiers, SWIFT/BIC of Bank of Algeria; BALGDZAL, RTGS 9713000000.

The people delegated for the withdrawal of the schedule of conditions must provide with the following documents:

\- a copy of identity paper in the course of validity;

\- a letter of accreditation, delivered by the candidate with the submission;

\- a copy of the company's register trade;

\- Original copy of the good payment which had sum, and exchange contract of the currencies, for the foreign
companies.

The offers included by the required pieces and documents mentioned in the schedules of conditions should be
divided into three (03) parties:

\- One (01) Folder of candidature including the documents required by the schedules of conditions;

\- One (01) technical offer i. icluding the documents required by the schedules of conditions;

\- One (01) financial offer including the documents required by the schedules of conditions;

The folder of candidature, contained in anonymous envelope separated of the others technical and financial offers
and should be contained at the exterior the mention

The technical and financial offers contained in two (02) distinct anonymous envelopes and should be containing
respectively at the exterior the mention

And financial offer - not to open - Open national and international invitation to tender Nº 339/2025/DE1
The envelope contained the candidature folder, technical and financial offers must arrive under sealed fold at the
following address:

Direction of financial service
Commission of Receipt the Submissions and Opening Folds of candidature
Post box 184, Algiers Gare Algiers

The outer envelope must be strictly anonymous and with bear the only mention:

«Submission» not to open

The tenders must be addressed or deposited at the address indicated above, 10 AOUT 2025 at: 09 H 30.
The date of opening the candidatures offers folds is fixed in the invitation delivered jointly with a schedule of conditions.
The candidate is held by his offer for a deadline of one hundred fifty (150) days, as from the deposit deadline of the
offers.
