إعلان عن منح مؤقت لصفقة

للإعلان عن طلب العروض الوطني والدولي المحدود رقم 04/م.ت/2020

طبقا للإجراءات الداخلية المتعلقة بإبرام الصفقات لمؤسسة ألفيت ، نعلم كافة المتعهدين الذين شاركوا في الإعلان عن طلب العروض الوطني والدولي المحدود رقم 04/م.ت/2020 المشهر بتاريخ 07/10/2020 في الجريدة الوطنية باللغة العربية "الشعب" و في الجريدة الوطنية باللغة الفرنسية " El Moudjahid" و في النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي (BOMOP) بتاريخ : 11/10/2020 و (BAOSEM) بتاريخ : 13/10/2020 الخاصة باقتناء سلسلة انتاج لصياغة السوائل ، المخصصة في صياغة المواد الفيتوصحية ، أنه من خلال عملية فتح الأظرفة و تقييم العروض و وفقا لمعايير الاختيار المنصوص عليها بدفتر الشروط ، الصفقات الممنوحة مؤقتا موضحة في الجدول التالي:

طبقا للإجراءات الداخلية المتعلقة بإبرام الصفقات لمؤسسة ألفيت ، يمكن لكل المتعهدين المعارضين لهذا الاختيار المعروض أعلاه تقديم طعن خلال  العشرة (10) أيام التي تلي أول صدور لهذا الإعلان بالصحف اليومية الوطنية أو النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي، لدى لجنة الصفقات للمؤسسة.

كل المتعهدين الراغبين في الإطلاع على نتائج تقييم عروضهم التقنية و المالية التقرب من المؤسسة المتعاقدة خلال ثلاثة (03) أيام التي تلي أول صدور هذا الإعلان بالصحف اليومية الوطنية ، وذلك طبقا لأحكام الإجراءات المذكورة أعلاه.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ALLOCATION OF THE MARKET

RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER N ° 04 / DA / 2020

In accordance with the internal procurement procedure of the EPE ALPHYT Spa, we inform all tenderers who have responded to the Restricted National and International Call for Tenders N ° 04 / DA / 2020 launched on 07/10/2020 on the daily newspapers: in Arabic ECHAAB and in French El Moudjahid, and on the BOMOP of 11/10/2020 and the BAOSSEM of 13/10/2020; Related to the acquisition of a liquid formulation line for the formulation of phytosanitary products, After the opening of bids and the analysis of bids and in accordance with the selection criteria set out in the specifications, the contracts awarded provisionally are shown in the table below:

Any tenderer who disputes this choice may lodge an appeal with the Tenders Board within 10 days of the first publication of this notice in the press, in accordance with the Company's internal procurement procedure. .

Bidders interested in reading the detailed results of the evaluation of their technical and financial offers are invited to contact the Contracting Company no later than three (03) days after the first publication of this notice in the national press. in accordance with the procedure mentioned above

AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DES MARCHES

AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL RESTREINT N° 04/DA/2020

Conformément à la procédure interne de passation des marchés de l’ENTREPRISE ALPHYT Spa, nous informons l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant répondu à l’avis d’appel d’offres National et International Restreint N°04/DA/2020 lancé le 07/10/2020 sur les quotidiens : en langue arabe « ECHAAB » et en langue française « El Moudjahid », sur le BOMOP du 11/10/2020 et sur le BAOSEM du 13/10/2020 ; ayant pour objet l’acquisition d’une chaine de formulation des liquides destinée à la formulation des produits phytosanitaires, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture des plis et l’analyse des offres et conformément aux critères de choix prévus dans le cahier des charges, Les marchés attribués provisoirement figurent dans le tableau ci- après :

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de la commission des marchés dans un délai de 10 jours à compter de la première publication du présent avis dans la presse, et ce conformément à la procédure interne de passation des marchés de l’Entreprise.

Les soumissionnaires intéressés de prendre connaissance des résultats détaillés de l’évaluation de leurs offres techniques et financières sont invités à se rapprocher de l’Entreprise contractante au plus tard trois (03) jours à compter de la première publication de cet avis dans la presse nationale conformément à la procédure cité ci-dessus.
